Investment Opportunity

Dear North Hill,

We all know that the best time to invest in real estate is when the market is down. The market has not been performing satisfactorily for years now. Many people are tired of the ups and downs of the market and would like to have a steady return on a secure investment that is backed by real estate. However many investors do not have time or desire to deal with the complexities and headaches of owning and managing real estate. We have a corner on the market because no one else has this many beautifully restored "Historical Dream Cottages" all together in one neighborhood that are conveniently located in the Historical Preservation District area only 3 or 4 minutes from all the restaurants and cultural activities in Beautiful Downtown Pensacola. Plus we keep the properties up, we screen the tenants so we get top quality renters. People know about us because we have been developing the neighborhood for the last decade. We have a team in place consisting of maintenance people, yard people, cleaning people an office manager and a real estate lawyer already in place. We have already developed systems for rent tracking, rent collection, escrow accounts, deposit accounts, and we have a fine tuned lease that helps us get our rent on time. Plus the best part of playing the bank is if the place is not rented you still get your mortgage payment every month. So we have all the bugs worked out and now we are offering opportunities for investors to be able to invest with confidence with a time proven system that has survived not only Hurricane Ivan but the market crash as well.
