New Neighborhood Service and Info

Dear Neighbors,

I work with ERA Legacy Realty, Richardson Office on 8th & Cervantes near our Neighborhood. My NOIT group (No Obligation Information Team) will be tracking the Neighborhood Real Estate Activity to keep all area neighbors "in the know" about what happens each month with housing supply, pricing, financing and insurance changes. Each month, we will supply 600 Neighboring properties with this No Obligation Information as well as valuable coupons, discounts and useful tools which directly benefit the entire North Hill Neighborhood.
