Looking for a Rental in North Hill

I am writing because I have been asked to assist an incoming single LCDR(Lieutenant Commander/ O-4) at NAMI (Naval Aerospace Medical Institute)on NAS Pensacola. She is coming off a ship (an aircraft carrier)and is going to be in P'cola for a three-year assignment.

With all the big houses, empty nesters, and poor economy, I am betting there is someone who would enjoy the benefits of having a military officer reside with them for a reasonable monthly fee.

I used to take in flight surgeons at my home and I loved it. They were
interesting/busy/forward-looking/professional/respectful/guaranteed to pay every month/and well educated. You can't ask for better qualities in a renter. Additionally, their sporadic work schedules provided even more security at the house.

Please pass this to all the people of North Hill who might be
interested/willing/hopeful of this type of situation.
